Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, InPost and its carrier partners have had to make a number of changes to services to ensure the health and safety of our customers, staff and partners.

These recent times have led to a combination of unprecedented demand as well as delays and disruptions with our carrier partners. This means that parcels sent through our network may be subject to delays.

It has also meant that our Customer Service team has experienced a large increase in requests for information. We would kindly ask that you give us additional time to respond to your enquiries and encourage you to make use of our tracking page and tracking services available on our partner carrier websites.
