Send with InPost
Need to send a parcel? Simply buy a label online or in the app, drop it off at any InPost Locker or InPost Shop, and we'll deliver it to another locker, an InPost Shop or straight to a home address. It's completely print-free and super low-cost.
Print-free returns
Not feeling something? Returns are made super simple. No printer, no problem. Drop your parcel off at any InPost Locker or InPost Shop, and we'll take care of the rest.
Sell on marketplaces
Selling your pre-loved items? Whether you're clearing out your wardrobe or running a side hustle, you can send marketplace parcels print-free from any InPost Locker or InPost Shop.

Collect from a locker or shop
Choose to have your parcel delivered to an InPost Locker or InPost Shop and collect it whenever it suits you. You'll have 3 days to pick it up, making it easy to fit around your schedule.
Home delivery
Prefer your parcel delivered to your door? We've got that covered too. Have your online orders or parcels sent using InPost Send delivered straight to your home, with handy delivery options along the way.

InPost Distribution
In October 2024, we welcomed Menzies Distribution into the InPost family, now known as InPost Distribution.
That meant lots of brilliant new teammates joining us, alongside a nationwide network of depots and a growing fleet of InPost delivery vehicles you'll now spot out on the roads. It also means we've expanded our business services to help even more retailers and businesses move parcels across the UK.

In April 2025, Yodel became part of the InPost family, bringing even more parcel experts (and plenty more superstars!) into the team.
From 17 July, Yodel by InPost officially became InPost, bringing everything together under one name.
